With my Mum's business and our website, and all the communication and documents for the businesses we do everyday, we can't be too careful. It would be terrible to lose everything, especially my puppy vids and pics!
We have two computers and a back up drive. But recently our laptop went on the fritz and left us with less back up. It was a process for us to get back up and running and we lost a day or more. So, we're thinking of looking into other back up alternatives including Online Storage.
IBackup.com offers an online storage account that has a feature of a local drive on your computer allowing you to easily drag-n-drop, open, edit and save files in your online backup account as if they were on your local computer. And you can backup and restore interactively or schedule regular online backups.
PC Magazine lists IBackup as the top online file sharing and backup service provider in its November 2006 issue article on a dozen ways to boost small business.
Though it's not as seamless as iBackup (you don't have drive letter access), you might wanna check http://www.r1soft.com/pricing/ ... The pricing is pretty hard to beat, and it's even more inexpensive than Amazon's new webservice.
