Don't forget - tomorrow is Take Your Dog To Work Day!

Tomorrow is a big day for us dogs! Some of us get to go to work!

June 22nd is Take Your Dog to Work Day!

We go to work everyday here at JohannTheDog.com. We're updating the website, posting to our blogs - JohannTheDog and Rescue Me - and updating our site pages on Squidoo, Wikifido, Hub, Dogster, CafePress and many others. So everyday is Take Your Dog to Work Day at our place.

Pet Sitters International, the TYDTWDay sponsor believes that through TYDTWDay, people without dogs will see the loving bond their co-workers have with their pets and will consider adopting orphaned pets for their own.

Studies show that pets in the workplace boost employee morale, productivity and even sales! TYDTWDay is a great public relations opportunity and lots of fun. Participation in TYDTWDay helps save the lives of homeless shelter animals in your area and around the world!

Thousands of dogs will be gracing the workforce tomorrow - hopefully! Learn more about Take Your Dog to Work Day put on by Pet Sitters International, and the ins and outs and do's and don'ts, and listen to this podcast to give you some tips for the big day.

Make it a fun, safe and peaceful day, K?

  1. Hi Johann, Great bit on Take Your Dog To Work Day! I go to work everyday too and it's a wonderful thing. I get to meet lots of humans and get lots of pets and they get to have some fun and a little stress relief. There should be more dogs at work places, the world would be a better place!

  2. OOO! We are all go to work every day dogs!
I sent my flat pack, foam board photo cut out of me to a meeting the other day, and everyone was VERY interested in him.
I couldn't go - I had too much paperwork to catch up on.
    Dogs ROCK!
