Misc agility stuff!

Over the past few weeks we've come across a few interesting agility links - no not for cat agility, but I just couldn't resist adding in the pic; think the little guy is gonna knock that bar?

It's been a while since I've read this great article by Silvia Trkman - covers speed, motivation, training see-saw, training weaves and more.

For the life of me I can't remember where I first came across this link (it's the translated version). It may have been from our friend Hugo at Just Agility, or it could have been when I was checking visitor stats. At any rate it's a great little website with updates on significant events and information in the agility world, primarily in South America, but throughout the World as well.
