Not too long ago, I got an email from Randolph. What, you don't know who I'm talking about?Well, let me tell you. Randolph is a dog like any other dog, but with a nose for murder.
Randolph wanted to send me his book and let me read it. And guess what, we got it the other day! And he autographed it too! Very cool.
Right now I'm pretty beat from the agility trial, but after my nap today, I can't wait to dig in...we'll keep you posted on the story!
And Randolph? Keep your nose clean, K?
I'm mostly a science fiction reader, although I do have a complete set of Agatha Christie. I attended a science fiction convention over memorial day weekend and, while browsing the books at a favorite SF book dealer, guess which cover popped out and caught my eye? Yeah--the dog one you've got posted here. Dealer said that he didn't know anything about it except that the cover caught *his* eye.
ReplyDeleteSo I bought it and read it. It didn't quite make as much use of what a detective-dog's skills might be as I thought might be possible, but it was generally an entertaining read and I'd probably read another one by the same author.
