DVR Alert: Greatest American Dog - July 10th!

It's only two days away! This Thursday is the premiere of Greatest American Dog on CBS 8PM ET/PT! So set your DVR's!

Twelve extraordinary teams of dogs and owners from across the nation will live together and compete against each other in challenges that put the owners' ability to train their dogs to the test and for the grand prize of $250,000! Wow, with that kind of money you could get yourself some nice Corpus Christi real estate.

Want to know the odds on who's going to walk away with the big prize? Vulture lays it all out for you.

  1. Greatest American Dog has been the talk around our block too. I'm barking for Leroy--another BC and 'cause he has the same frisbee as me. Woofs, Kharma

  2. The Mum set this to record and we're all gonna gather around and watch to make sure they use nice training and hope they use some clicker training for their dogs!

  3. Hey I think I saw a video of you on YouTube while Mom was just searching for stuff. Pretty cool!
We know a Willow too that runs USDAA and AKC, but he was at our AKC trials this weekend so it couldn't have been the one we knew at your USDAA trials.
I hope Mom remembers to watch that Greatest Dog thing. We didn't see much of the Groomer Has It series. I bet none of them could've groomed a Bedlington!

  5. Oooh, my Human Mom just TiVo'e that TV show for me. She knows it will set me to bark screaming if I hear the dogs, but what the heck???!!! It's Thursday and it'll be fun to chill with the Humans and watch something we both like.

I've started agility training and I think of you every class I go to. You'd be so proud. Of course I am the MOST advanced (yet youngest) student and ultra enthusiastic about all the equipment. On the way out of class yesterday, I tried hard for some "extra credit" and pulled and lunged for the chute, A-frame and anything I could drag my Mom over to. I truly believe I was made for this.

What a wonderful world that has opened up!

  6. Well me and the crew watched it... was okay. I'm not a big fan of the bickering in reality shows, but it'll be interesting to see how the dogs develop over the weeks.
